The role involves market development, referral relationship management, education, and liaison.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Outreach Associate will identify, cultivate, and maintain referral relationships throughout Tennessee, maintain regular outreach to current and potential referral partners, and act as a liaison between referral partners and Athena Care. They will also communicate referral status updates, gather market feedback, and collaborate with the marketing team to inform service delivery improvements.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in outreach, business development, sales, or marketing
- Experience in healthcare strongly preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with mental health services or a passion for mental health strongly preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions and ability to meet motor vehicle record check requirements as required by company’s liability coverage provider
