Role OverviewWe're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Cardiothoracic Transplant team at Massachusetts General Hospital. The successful candidate will rotate through inpatient and ambulatory heart and lung transplant service lines, serving as an expert in transplant pharmacotherapy. This is a clinical position that requires advanced transplant training and the ability to lead interdisciplinary rounds, educate patients and healthcare professionals, and develop quality improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient-centered care, leading immunosuppressive and opportunistic infection discussions, and developing transplant protocols and guidelines. You will also be involved in quality improvement and research projects, as well as transplant training for residents and learners.

Requirements
- Eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Postgraduate residency/fellowship training
- Board Certification by examination, or equivalent certification, in the relevant specialty
- Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration license, National Provider Index number, and a Drug Enforcement Administration Registration number, when applicable
