What You Will Do
Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart. Catch missed interactions and stale patient data driving incorrect doses; update based on newer Special Alerts.

Requirements
- Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role
- 2+ years of professional pharmacy experience, inpatient/hospital setting strongly preferred
- Reflexive use of Interactions, Trissel's, and monograph sections
- PharmD and active pharmacy license, or equivalent verification-heavy clinical experience
- Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above, tied to your practice setting
- Comfort judging whether a correct clinical finding was properly followed through
