The Clinical Pharmacist - Surgery/Trauma role provides leadership in a specialized healthcare team and the patient to assure optimal cost-effective drug therapy.

Requirements

  • LIC-Pharmacist License - Tennessee
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (preferred)
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification in pharmacotherapy or other specialty certification (preferred)
