What You Will Do
Provide safe, timely, and cost-effective medication therapy, engage in direct patient care, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure smooth transitions of care. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, verbal interpersonal, customer relations, and computer skills, with a Bachelor's degree in PharmD and 1+ hospital experience preferred.
