The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Cardiology position is part of the acute care pharmacy department and functions as the pharmacy expert on the interdisciplinary Cardiology team.

Requirements

  • PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • 5 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • PGY1 with 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience
  • BLS certification
  • TSBP REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN license
  • ACLS certification
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
