Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join their Internal Medicine team. The ideal candidate will have a PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program, 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience, and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy. The position will involve rounding on inpatient Internal Medicine service, evaluating and modifying drug therapy, and precepting pharmacy residents and/or students.

Requirements

  • PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Texas license with TSBP within 30 days of date of hire
  • BLS certification
