Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join their Internal Medicine team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical pharmacy practice and a strong background in pharmacy education. The role will involve providing expert clinical pharmacy services, teaching, and research opportunities.

Requirements

  • PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • 5 years progressive clinical practice experience
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification
  • (TSBP) REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required
  • (ACLS) ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heat Association (AHA), or American Red Cross (ARC) required for only inpatient positions prior to or within 6 months of employment
