Role OverviewThe Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for SCC Tripoint will practice at the newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility located east of downtown Cleveland, serving residents of Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties. This new facility will serve as an extension of the Seidman Cancer Center located at the academic main campus. In this role, you will join a highly collaborative outpatient care team dedicated to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered pharmaceutical care across multiple oncology disease states.
What You Will Do
Provide direct ambulatory oncology clinical services, including therapy management, patient education, toxicity assessment and monitoring, and optimization of supportive care. Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing colleagues to support individualized treatment plans, advance evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality-improvement and practice-development initiatives.

Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy with completion of an ASHP accredited residency/residencies or 3-5 years of experience in the practice area.
- Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph) in the State of Ohio
