Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management to provide expertise in anticoagulation, reversal strategies, and supportive care, with some outpatient-level support for continuity of care.
Requirements
PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
5 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program or 8 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty
Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
English (speaking, reading, writing) and good general health and stress coping ability
