Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to manage clinical activities, priorities, and problems, pharmacist staffing and workloads. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy and 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience within a specialty.

Requirements

  • PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program or 8 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
