Job Description
As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Transplant at UT Southwestern, you will be responsible for managing clinical activities, priorities, and problems, pharmacist staffing and workloads, and providing status reports to pharmacy management. You will also be involved in developing clinical initiatives, determining therapeutic alternatives, and assisting with budget preparation and daily financial activity.

Requirements

  • Both PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • 5 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program or 8 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty
  • Computer skills, data entry experience
  • English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Good general health and stress coping ability
  • Moderate physical effort: prolonged standing/walking, occasional lifting/carrying (up to 25 lbs.), reaching, bending, crouching, etc.
