Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Transplant to manage clinical activities, priorities, and problems, and provide status reports to pharmacy management.

Requirements

  • Both PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • PGY1 with 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • 5 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program or 8 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty
