Job Description
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Transplant job at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program, 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience, and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
