Job Description

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Transplant will manage clinical activities, priorities, and problems, pharmacist staffing and workloads, and provides status report to pharmacy management effectively communicating issues, concerns, and suggestions as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Both PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program
  • PGY1 with 5 years of progressive clinical practice experience
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science degree or PharmD from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy or
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • 5 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty with PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program or 8 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty
