Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Physician Faculty Recruiter to coordinate and execute recruitment efforts for physician faculty positions across clinical departments. The recruiter will work closely with department chairs, faculty affairs, and HR colleagues to manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in physician, healthcare, or academic recruitment.
  • Familiarity with academic appointment processes, clinical faculty credentialing, and visa sponsorship
