Job Description
The Clinical Practice Manager provides comprehensive operational leadership for multiple Department of Ophthalmology clinic locations, overseeing day-to-day performance, staff, regulatory compliance, and adherence to institutional service standards.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MHA or MPH) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • 3 years of effective leadership experience in a healthcare environment in a large and complex organization with a Master's Degree or 5 years of effective leadership experience in a healthcare environment in a large and complex organization with Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in clinic specialty
