Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a full-time, fully remote, benefitted Clinical Preceptor. The Clinical Preceptor holds accountability for supporting Network Manager and Business Contact role development and integration into the Paradigm culture and clinical practice environment.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered, active compact RN license
  • Experience as a Network Manager, managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions
  • CCM certification
  • Experience using EDDG
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, case management, public and private resources
  • Prior experience with mentoring, skill development, and teaching the adult learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other tools/programs utilized for distance learning and webinar presentations
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Awareness of jurisdictional regulations impacting patient care management, confidentiality and return to work
  • Follows standards of practice for case management for ethical and legal issues
