Job Description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for the Physician Outreach and Connections Department. The role supports the Adult Physician Outreach department, Adult Service Lines at VUMC, and the external referring community, promoting and providing CME and engagement activities. Responsibilities include administrative operations, budgeting, and fiscal accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in networking, quality management, peer leadership, program management, financial processes, and process improvement
  • Ability to monitor costs, expenses, and revenue, as well as manage those costs and expenses in relation to budgeted amounts
  • Ability to analyze and improve existing business processes for optimization and to meet standards of quality
