Role Overview

The Clinical Psychologist will provide outpatient psychological services to children, adolescents, and families within a military healthcare environment. The position includes diagnostic evaluations, psychological testing, evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis support, treatment planning, and consultation with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral health evaluations of children and adolescents, assess emotional, developmental, behavioral, and psychological concerns, and establish appropriate diagnoses using current diagnostic standards.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited psychology program
  • Completed an APA-accredited predoctoral psychology internship
  • Minimum of one year of relevant post-training clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents within the preceding two years
  • Experience evaluating and treating behavioral health conditions affecting pediatric and adolescent populations
  • Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice psychology in a U.S. state, territory, or other qualifying U.S. jurisdiction
