Role OverviewAs a Clinical Psychologist with GuideStar Eldercare, you will join in our efforts to provide neuro-behavioral health services to residents in long term care facilities.
What You Will Do
Provide evaluation, establish different diagnosis, provide cognitive assessments, provide condition-specific support therapy or when indicated, insight-based therapy, and coordinate the patient's care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.
