Job Description
Perform site monitoring and management work to ensure sites are conducting studies and reporting data as required. Administer protocol and related study training, evaluate study site practices, and manage project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
  • 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laptop computer proficiency
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including English language proficiency
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time and financial management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
