Job Description
Perform site monitoring visits to ensure sites are conducting the study as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations, and sponsor requirements. Adapt and drive subject recruitment plans to enhance predictability. Evaluate site practices and manage ongoing project expectations and issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
Good knowledge of and skill in applying clinical research regulatory requirements
