Job Description
Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated, performs monitoring and site management work to ensure sites are conducting studies and reporting study data as required. Essential functions include performing site monitoring visits, adapting and tracking subject recruitment plans, and evaluating study site practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or healthcare preferred
  • 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, such as GCP and ICH guidelines
  • Therapeutic and protocol knowledge
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Time and financial management skills
