Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline and at least three months of on-site monitoring experience. The role involves performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution. The candidate will also have dedicated mentoring and structured quarterly reviews on performance, promotion and bonus awards.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent
  • Successful completion of a CRA Trainee Program or at least three months of on-site monitoring experience
  • 2 years of clinical research coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
