Job Description
Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated position involves performing monitoring and site management work to ensure sites are conducting the study and reporting data as required. Essential functions include site monitoring visits, adapting and driving subject recruitment plans, administering protocol and study training, and evaluating site practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
  • At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Therapeutic and protocol knowledge
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and use of a laptop and mobile devices
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time and financial management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
