Job Description
Perform site monitoring visits, administer protocol and related study training, and manage the progress of assigned studies to ensure the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
  • At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of and skill in applying clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time and financial management skills
