Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated. Perform site monitoring and management work to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulations, and sponsor requirements. Develop and track recruitment plans, train sites, and evaluate study quality. Work closely with study team members to ensure project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or healthcare preferred
  • At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Therapeutic and protocol knowledge
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and mobile devices
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
