Job Description
Join UT Southwestern as a Program Coordinator at the Simmons Cancer Center. As a valued team member, you will oversee day-to-day PRMC submission activities, manage REDCap PRMS forms, and coordinate PRMC Committee Meetings. You will facilitate protocol submissions, ensure timely reviews and approval, and monitor studies in the parallel-review process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a clinical research environment or setting
  • Ability to read clinical trial protocols
  • Regulatory and/or IRB experience
  • Experience with Ethos, RedCAP, or Velos
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience
