Job Description
The Clinical Risk Manager is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and prioritizing reported clinical and organizational events to decrease the frequency and severity of patient safety events. The role collaborates with Claims Management, Performance Improvement, and Operational Leaders to identify quality and patient safety trends, and promotes a culture of risk awareness and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Nursing
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 2 years of patient safety/risk management experience
  • Experience with Epic and RL Solutions preferred
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
