Role OverviewThe Clinical RN-Nurse Educator will provide leadership, staff support, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality care is achieved. This part-time position requires flexible scheduling, including off-shift and weekend availability. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license in New York, a degree in Education or a related field, and 2+ years of supervisory and clinical experience in skilled nursing or medical surgical nursing.
What You Will Do
Assist in developing, implementing, and delivering nursing staff development programs, including orientation, in-service education, continuing education, competencies, and nursing student experiences. Work with a learning management system (LMS) and provide support to nursing staff.

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of New York
