Job Description
The Clinical Services Representative 1 assists the clinical staff by performing clerical tasks and providing customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements

  • Assemble and maintain patient charts
  • Collect printouts and files, run reports, and retrieve data as requested
  • Order equipment and supplies
  • Process patient orders and requests
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Retrieve medications from pneumatic tube system and deliver to nurse
  • Assist nursing staff with retrieving medications
  • Greet patients, direct visitors, and provide patient information
  • Answer phone and respond to patient call lights
  • Maintain work area and office equipment
