Job Description
The CLINICAL SPECIALTY COORDINATOR, RN- OPERATING ROOM- NEURO SPECIALTY will oversee daily work flow in a department or specialty service, lead, motivate, and initiate change, and assume responsibility for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice
  • Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
  • Familiarity with auditing and tracking of stats
  • Ability to troubleshoot procedural equipment
