Role OverviewA registered professional nurse employed by EMC in the Erlanger Orthopaedic Short Stay is responsible for all aspects of direct and/or indirect care of the postoperative phase of the surgical experience.
What You Will Do
Daily operations of unit when scheduled to include but not limited to: Quality/Safety, Service Excellence, People, Education, Finance, Growth, Community, Leadership.

Requirements
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Tennessee
- BLS completed prior to going to the unit/department and maintained going forward
- ACLS to be completed within 6 Months of hire date
- Unit specific approved certification
- Certified training as required by area of practice
