Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
  • Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE
  • Basic Life Support certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
