Clinical Staff Pharmacist, Acute Care, Evening Shift, $6000 Sign-on Bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required Upon Hire and Texas license with TSBP within 30 Days
• STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT certification accredited by ACPE Upon Hire and BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire and ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days
