Job Description

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an American College of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy.
Experience: 1 year in a hospital setting required for an inpatient position, preferred 1 year retail experience for retail position.
Licenses and Certifications: Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) within 30 Days, (ACPE-IV) STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Upon Hire, (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire, (ACLS) ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions prior to or within 6 months of employment.
