Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for its Acute Care team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and at least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an American College of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy.
  • 1 year in a hospital setting required for an inpatient position
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) within 30 Days
  • (ACPE-IV) STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Upon Hire
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
  • (ACLS) ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions prior to or within 6 months of employment.
