Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an American College of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy
  • Experience: 1 year with experience in a hospital setting required for an inpatient position
  • Licenses and Certifications: Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required and Texas license with TSBP Upon Hire and (ACPE-IV) STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire and ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days
