Job Description
Oncology Infusion & investigational drug clinical staff pharmacist - IV certification required. Responsible for covering the weekend and the operational needs of all infusion pharmacies. Oncology or infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
1 year of pharmacy experience
English (speaking, reading, writing)
Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required Upon Hire and Texas license with TSBP within 30 Days
STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT certification accredited by ACPE Upon Hire
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days
