Job Description
As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for covering the weekend and operational needs of all infusion pharmacies. You will work with clinical trial unit infusion support, technician supervision, IV admixture of both hazardous and non-hazardous medication oversight, and more. Experience in oncology or infusion pharmacy is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience
  • English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required Upon Hire and Texas license with TSBP within 30 Days
  • ACPE-IV) STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE Upon Hire
  • BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days
