Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PhD) degree
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience
  • IV certification
  • Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) licensure
  • BLS certification
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT certification
