Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PhD) degree from an American College of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital setting required for inpatient position
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
  • Texas license with TSBP upon hire and within 30 days of date of hire
  • Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE upon hire
  • BLS certification with course accredited by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) within 180 Days for inpatient positions
