Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience
  • English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required upon hire
  • Texas license with TSBP within 30 Days
  • STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE upon hire
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days
