Role OverviewAs a Clinical Supervisor at Merakey's Drug and Alcohol Program, you'll lead a team dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to healing, growth, and lasting change. You'll support a positive, client-centered environment and guide the team in delivering effective, recovery-focused services.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include staff management, program administration, and modeling and reinforcing Merakey Core Values. You'll provide weekly supervision, bi-weekly team meetings, and support staff professional and licensure development.
