Role OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for direct care of clients and caseload, and clinical supervision for up to 6 associate clinicians at a designated office. The role involves providing assessments, treatment planning, and care for clients across the lifespan, as well as clinical supervision, feedback, and adherence to established clinical protocols.
What You Will Do
Provide direct care to clients, manage caseload, provide triadic clinical supervision, review and sign notes for supervisees, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years
- Invested interest in providing direct care
- Desire to teach and train associate therapists
- Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
- General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and social skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Bilingual fluency a plus
- Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
