What You Will Do

Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, implement evidence-based interventions, provide direct behavior therapy services, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with other professionals.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Massachusetts LBA
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze data
