Job Description
Youth Villages is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its Intercept program, which focuses on diverting youth from out-of-home placements in a residential setting. The role involves providing intensive home-based therapy, supporting counselors, and contributing to the overall direction of the program. This position is flexible and works around the availability of youth and families served.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline is preferred, Bachelor's required.
  • At least six months experience working with the intensive in-home services is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and develop staff.
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and auto insurance
