Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Mental Health with clinical supervision, shared administrative duties, and additional responsibilities. The role involves providing clinical and professional development of staff, managing patient crises, and conducting initial psychosocial assessments. The qualified candidate will have a master's degree in social work, three years of relevant supervisory experience, and a NYS state license.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work (or similar)
  • Three years of relevant supervisory experience
  • NYS state license- LCSW, LMHC, or LMHC-D
  • Working knowledge of electronic medical records software (Medent)
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
