What You Will Do
Provide individual and group clinical supervision, clinical direction for staff, and direct service to identified patients as needed. Complete supervisory responsibilities, clinical responsibilities, and maintain positive relationships with referral sources.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field of study
- Full License in the state of Indiana in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- 2-4 years clinical experience as a Licensed Therapist
- CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification
- Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
